Today, I'm proud to announce that we are launching Bitfusion Labs, a “collaborative proving ground for our research and development efforts.” Labs is the new vehicle by which we will bring platform solutions to market.
Labs also allows us to do “out early and iterate often". With Labs we are rolling our private alphas and open betas under a more experimental banner, collaborating with customers on specific solutions that once validated, will be added to our production platform.
Simultaneously we are introducing our first Labs project, Profiler. Profiler is a freemium benchmarking tool that evaluates performance, detects limitations, and suggests optimal configurations for compute-intensive workflows across different hardware architectures. More on the Profiler in a separate post.
A few of the forthcoming planned Labs projects include the following.
We’ll be rolling out new Labs projects frequently, every 2-6 weeks, depending on the complexity. You can follow @Bitfusionio on twitter for updates on new product releases from our lab.
At the same time of writing this, I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome all the new Bitfusion team members, since coming out of TechCrunch Disrupt back in May. The team has been instrumental in building all our technologies, so I would like to thank them for all their work. I would also like to thank all our family, friends, mentors, advisors and investors, who have been along side with us.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you are interested in working with Bitfusion.io.
